This Leader Discipleship Assessment is designed to help you pause, reflect, and honestly see where you are Learning, Living, and Leading in your walk with Jesus and in the way you serve others.

 

This isn’t a pass or fail test. It’s a tool to:

• Clarify where God is already at work in you

• Reveal a few key areas to grow in over the next season

• Help you and your coach or pastor have better, more focused conversations

• Strengthen our leadership pipeline as we raise up disciples who make disciples

It’s the “how and why” behind the tool, so you can use it with confidence.

 

2. Leader Discipleship Assessment

The assessment itself includes 50 questions across three key areas:

• Discipleship – your personal walk with Jesus

• Leadership – how you lead people, teams, and ministries

• Pipeline & Calling – your capacity, calling, and readiness for more

 

Each question simply asks you to choose the statement that best reflects where you are right now.

 

How to use this resource

1. Pray first. Ask the Holy Spirit to lead you in honesty and humility.

2. Read the User Guide. Get familiar with the stages and the flow.

3. Take the Assessment. Answer each question thoughtfully and without rushing.

4. Use the Reflection & Next Steps section to capture what God is showing you.

5. Share your results. Walk through them with your coach, pastor, or mentor and identify clear next steps.
